28 July 2018The Superhero Triathlon comes to Dorney Lake

Professor Greg Whyte OBE - the man who coached David Walliams when he swam the Thames for charity - will be a special guest at the forthcoming Superhero Tri at Dorney Lake on Saturday, August 18.

The Superhero series is the only one dedicated to the UK’s 13.3 million people with disabilities and long-term injuries.

Over 2,000 participants have already signed up to tackle the swim, bike and push/run at Dorney Lake in Court Lane.

Power company npower is providing support dinghies and volunteers to give participants even more confidence to enter the swim section and enjoy the rewarding experience. The company’s support squad - led by Professor Whyte - will also be fully involved on land from leading participants in the warm-up to cheering competitors across the finish line.
