Television presenter Davina McCall's epic triathlon from Edinburgh to London passed through Derbyshire earlier.

Her Sport Relief challenge involving running, cycling and swimming hundreds of miles, arrived in Edale, Derbyshire on Tuesday before heading to Birmingham on Wednesday.

All the pupils at the primary school in Fenny Bentley, near Ashbourne, came out to greet her arrival.

Davina and her trainer Professor Greg Whyte explained what she is doing and described being pulled from the icy waters of Windermere .
